  I hope that Newman's is happy that they've lost a loyal customer. There's an older woman that works there that is usually very surly and rude. She always acts completely unhappy that I'm there and giving her business, but the other day was the last straw. I walked in for my breakfast, and placed my order. I then went to use my phone because I had relatives coming in for Thanksgiving and wanted an update on their whereabouts. I didn't hear the woman ask me how I wanted my coffee, and I had already told her how I wanted it anyway. She asks me EVERY TIME to repeat how I want my coffee, so that shows how well she listens to her customers anyway. When I didn't answer, because I was looking at my family's flight itinerary, she shouted out "god damn phones!" I stop in at least once a week, so I'm steady business for them, but that woman is dreaming if she thinks I'll ever support her business again after treating me that way. You lost a loyal customer lady. Great job. There's a younger woman there that is very sweet and nice and I feel bad and it's not her fault because she's great, but some people ruin it for everyone else, don't they?
