#( Durning ) he was so great, very professional young guy . very talented i respected him lot. So. First time to this restaurant i had ordered a grill salmon wich came out completely burned skin. I asked the server to change my salmon, 30 sec later the manager came back to me carrying the same plate and he flipped the salmon front of me, telling me *( thats how it supposed to be skin down)* Really ? How would you consider your self as FOH manager if you dont know what the difference between cooked and grilled and burned ??? However. The server was absolutely outstanding guy but the food was terrible and the manager was absolutely ignorant to the food and unprofessional.April 17, 2017
